At Renlive.co.uk, we are committed to providing high-quality skincare products to our customers. However, due to the nature of skincare items, we have specific guidelines regarding refunds and returns to ensure the safety and integrity of our products.


No Refund Policy for Used Skincare

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for used or opened skincare products. This policy ensures that all our customers receive products that meet the highest standards of quality and safety.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as when it was received.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • The return request must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products that have been opened or used.
  • Items purchased as part of a sale or promotion.
  • Gift cards or downloadable software products.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at partner@renlive.co.uk with details and photographs of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund for defective or damaged items only.


Process for Returns

To initiate a return, please email us at partner@renlive.co.uk with proof of purchase and details of your request. Once approved, you may send the item to:

You are responsible for the shipping costs of the return, and these costs are non-refundable. For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:

  3. Contact your bank, as there may be processing delays.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items, along with postage and packaging fees, are non-refundable.
